[02] Agentic DLC
Every project runs six agents in a loop. HFAM engineers set the architecture, review every change before it merges and answer for the quality of what ships.
Nothing reaches the main branch until an HFAM engineer has signed off on it.
Agents work in an isolated environment with no access to real user data or production keys.
Code, specs and tests live in your repository. You can carry on without us at any time.
An engineer works with you directly on users, business rules and deadlines, then locks the scope.
Agents draft user stories and acceptance criteria. Engineers edit them and settle the architecture and data model.
Agents build screens and write code against the approved spec. Every change arrives as a pull request.
Agents scan for bugs and security issues first. An engineer reads each pull request and decides whether it merges.
Agents write and run automated tests on every change. A failing test blocks the merge.
Engineers decide when to go to production, then monitor the system and handle incidents.

Licenses are tied to a Device ID and moved between devices by QR code. Each reseller has its own balance and transaction history. Orders and revenue are tracked by day, month and year.
